These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the pkoo website and all of its related services. pkoo is an online betting and casino platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between pkoo and the user of the platform ("Member").

By creating an account at pkoo or using the platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using pkoo.

These Terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any ambiguity in interpretation, the decision of the pkoo authority shall be considered final.

2.1 Age & Eligibility

To open an account at pkoo and place bets or play casino games, users must be at least 21 years of age. Use of pkoo by minors is strictly prohibited. pkoo may request an ID or other documents to verify the age of any member if needed.

2.2 Account Creation

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. All information provided during account registration must be accurate, truthful, and complete. pkoo reserves the right to cancel an account if false information is provided.

2.3 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account username and password confidential. Allowing any third party to access your account is prohibited. If any unauthorized access to your account occurs, notify the pkoo support team ([email protected]) immediately.

2.4 Account Verification

As part of pkoo's KYC (Know Your Customer) process, any member may be asked to verify their identity. A National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued document may need to be submitted. Withdrawals may be held until the verification process is complete.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pkoo currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. No payment methods other than these three mobile financial services are available at this time.

3.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made from a mobile wallet registered in the member's own name. Deposits from third-party wallets are not accepted, and such transactions may be cancelled or frozen.

3.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, additional time may be required for verification or security reasons. Withdrawals can only be made through the same method the member used to deposit. pkoo reserves the right to hold withdrawals on suspicious transactions until verification is complete.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on pkoo are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not permitted.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,200. Alternatively, if you deposit ৳10,000, you will receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 and your total balance will be ৳15,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus only, not on the combined amount of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If pkoo determines that a member is abusing the bonus system — such as creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, registering with false information, or collecting bonuses through any prohibited method — pkoo reserves the right to cancel that bonus and permanently close the account.

4.4 Other Promotional Offers

pkoo may provide various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which will be communicated when the offer is announced. In the event of any dispute, pkoo's decision is final.

pkoo has a five-tier VIP program for its loyal members. Based on regular betting activity, members are promoted to higher tiers and receive weekly cashback benefits.

VIP tier placement depends on a member's contribution and activity on the platform. Cashback benefits may change at pkoo's discretion. If VIP benefits are abused, pkoo may change a member's tier or cancel their benefits at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkoo platform:

• Placing bets or playing games using any automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors or bugs on the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving inappropriately toward other members.
• Using pkoo for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
• Unauthorized access to or attempts to access another person's account.
• Using pkoo's intellectual property (logo, brand name, code) without permission.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or assisting them in doing so.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in pkoo immediately closing the account, confiscating the balance, and reporting the matter to law enforcement if necessary.

pkoo places the highest importance on protecting its members' personal information. The platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all transactions and communications secure.

However, pkoo may be required to provide information in response to a legitimate request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

9.1 Service Interruption

The service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, maintenance work, or reasons beyond pkoo's control (such as internet outages or server problems). pkoo is not obligated to provide any compensation for this.

9.2 Software Errors

If incorrect odds or payouts are displayed due to a technical error, pkoo reserves the right to correct that error and cancel or reassess the affected transactions.

9.3 Maximum Liability

pkoo's maximum liability shall in no circumstances exceed the member's account balance at that time. pkoo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

10.1 Account Closure by the Member

Any member may close their account at any time by sending a written request to [email protected]. Any existing balance will be returned via the previously designated payment method before the account is closed, subject to all wagering requirements being met.

10.2 Account Closure by pkoo

pkoo may temporarily or permanently close a member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.
• Use of a false identity or information.
• Evidence that the member is a minor.
• Risk of harm to pkoo or other members.

10.3 Terms Amendments

pkoo reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. For significant changes, pkoo will make reasonable efforts to notify members. Continued use of the platform after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11.1 Complaints Process

11.2 Final Decision

In the event of any dispute, the decision of pkoo's management is final and binding. pkoo's dispute resolution process is conducted in a fair and transparent manner.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect. If pkoo delays in enforcing or does not enforce any provision of these Terms, this shall not be considered a waiver of pkoo's rights under that provision.

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between pkoo and the member and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements.
